Role:
Customer Service Representative for a global client
Environment:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
- Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements:
- Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
What We Offer:
