Responsibilities include:

• Planning & Implementation: Development, installation, and support of modern, software-based VoIP solutions
• Analysis & optimization: Investigation of interfaces & IP compatibilities, especially in UC/PBX environments
• Support & troubleshooting: Providing quick solutions to customers during malfunctions
• Innovation & Development: Designing new Voice-over-IP applications and optimizing existing systems
• Monitoring & Performance: Ongoing monitoring, error analysis, and optimization of routing and clusters

What you bring with you:

• Completed training (e.g., IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist) or comparable practical experience in the ICT sector
• Sound knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP, TLS, and standard protocols
• Experience in the administration of PBX and UCC solutions
• Enthusiasm for new technologies & digital solutions
• Customer orientation, initiative, and analytical thinking
• Willingness to travel for occasional on-site appointments with customers
