Your responsibilities

• Handle service requests in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) as 2nd level support
• Monitor the device throughout its entire product lifecycle
• Analyze and resolve technical problems, including on customer sites
• Conduct technical training for support staff in EMEA
• Provide customer support for instrument-specific software applications
• Manage escalations and complaints in cooperation with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters, and suppliers
• Prepare and update technical documentation
• Maintain direct communication with our parent company S-Corp in Japan

Your profile

• Degree in medical technology or a comparable qualification
• Experience in technical support, training, and conceptualization
• Strong expertise in electrical, medical engineering, and IT
• Customer-oriented with motivational skills
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills
