Role Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Manager to expand our Power and Low Carbon Solutions practice in Düsseldorf or Berlin. The ideal candidate will possess deep market expertise, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to support our growth in Germany’s energy market, advising a range of clients including developers, utilities, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide economic, commercial, and strategic advice on the German power market.
2. Engage with clients in power generation, performing valuations of renewables, batteries, and conventional assets.
3. Lead projects analyzing revenue streams, market risks, and policy impacts.
4. Develop expertise on the German regulatory landscape and contribute to innovative modeling capabilities.
5. Support business development through client relationships and proposal development.
6. Play a leadership role within the team, mentoring junior staff and shaping strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the German and European energy markets, covering renewables, storage, and thermal generation.
• Deep understanding of power market fundamentals, policies, and asset valuation techniques.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 level or higher).
