NETSUITE CONSULTANT DIGITIZED PROCESSES (M / F / D)

The goal is clear:

Excellent business processes with Oracle digitization solutions! You will show our customers, including start-ups, growth companies, and demanding medium-sized businesses, the way into the digital future.

Together with the customer, you will design intelligent business processes that allow modern, market-leading digitization technologies to fully develop their potential.

Based on agile and hybrid process models, you will configure NetSuite ERP solutions that are precisely tailored to the customer’s business processes.

You will be responsible for turnkey implementation and the accompanying change management.

A variety of tasks await you:

1. Analysis, improvement, or redesign of business processes using workshops for process visualization and documentation with Horus business process tools and best practice reference models.
2. Develop requirement specifications for the configuration of the target system with the customer’s subject matter experts.
3. Define suitable test cases.
4. Utilize ready-made Suite Success or best practice solutions for fast implementations, further developed in an agile process.
5. Design, configure, personalize, and test business processes in the Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
6. Conceptual design of data migration and support in the transformation process, including data cleaning and migration execution.
7. Support organizational change management, including planning and implementation of training and coaching measures.
8. As required, support the customer in the operating phase, solving application problems, and ongoing maintenance and further development of the system.

You bring to the table:

1. Degree in industrial engineering, information systems, business administration with IT affinity, or computer science with business affinity, or relevant practical business experience.
2. Sound business knowledge and ideally user experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Finance and Accounting
• Enterprise Performance Management
• SCM / Logistics and Production
• Customer experience (sales, marketing, service)
