We are seeking an experienced sales support specialist to join our team at The Aligner Dental Academy. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in sales and customer service, with a deep understanding of best practices in both areas. You should have the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role as you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strong relationships with dental professionals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop a detailed understanding and knowledge of ADA’s services in order to manage the requirements of our members.
  2. To ensure that all sales leads relating to new membership or paid services are followed up and acted upon.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth of ADA’s paid services which include Membership, Treatment Planning Service, Mentorship, and Courses.
  4. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Actively manage relationships with our ADA Members, addressing queries, resolving issues, and nurturing our ADA community.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  9. Represent The Aligner Dental Academy at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a sales role.
  2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  5. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential dental professionals, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  6. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary to meet with Dentists or attend events.
  7. Knowledge of the dental industry is preferred but not necessary; full training will be given. A willingness to learn and adapt to the industry is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Benefits: Company pension, Work from home

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme
