Architecture and Innovation Manager

Our customer is a global leader in the intralogistics and warehouse automation industry delivering data-driven, robotic solutions that optimize supply chains across industries like retail, e-commerce, food & beverage, and healthcare..

You’ll play a key role in shaping the architecture for next-generation warehouse automation platform , with a strong focus on intelligent software suite that integrates warehouse management, material flow control, and real-time analytics.

What you\’ll do:

• Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies across cloud, application, and data platforms.
• Build a team from the scratch and lead them to the success.
• Introduce new technologies – from exploration to proof-of-concept to production – with a focus on customer impact.
• Oversee the enterprise architectural and technical implementation of the software framework
• Partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to design modern, hybrid and multi-cloud platforms.
• Act as the go-to expert on architectural patterns, systems integration, security, scalability, and platform resilience.

Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience of proven experience in enterprise software delivery roles
• At least 3 years in leadership positions
• Hands-on experience with code writing, troubleshooting, code-reviews, etc.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns
• Knowledge of programming languages, ideally more than one (Java, Rust, Python, etc)
