As an Electrical Instrumentation & Control Engineer or Technician (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to contribute to the groundbreaking Ibex Solutions complex in Visp, Switzerland. This role offers a chance to work in a world-class environment, where your work will make a lasting impact on the future of medicine.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and realization of electrical MSR readiness (maintenance, changeovers, improvements) within the available budget and timelines.
- Ensuring seamless operation and flawless performance of high-automated Biologics facilities equipped with DeltaV and MES systems.
- Managing GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using systems such as Kneat and Ubik.
- Preparing and updating plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
- Determining and implementing continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and achieve optimized workflows.
Key requirements:
- Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field, including University Degree or equivalent experience, or vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.).
- Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or the biotech industry.
- Proficiency in SAP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), and MES Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English and/or German to competently communicate in our diverse, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols to ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting.
- A self-reliant, trustworthy, and effective working approach that ensures successful completion of tasks and projects.
