You’ll be the first product hire for this initiative. If you\’re energized by shaping product direction from scratch, assembling a strong delivery team, and figuring things out fast – this is for you.
Your mission
- Translate exploration into structure: define the product’s KPIs, break down delivery phases, and prioritize with purpose
- Represent the customer: talk to users, test assumptions, and own feedback loops
- Coordinate closely with a senior AI developer and help shape a small, high-performing product team (4–5 people)
- Coordinate dependencies across product integration and go-to-market efforts
Where we are right now:
- A working prototype is live and undergoing internal testing
- Use cases are emerging, with input from pilot users and internal experts
- Product goals will evolve as we validate demand and feasibility – we’re still exploring where the strongest value lies
- We\’re actively hiring a compact core team. You’ll play a key role in shaping this group
What you offer
- Several years in product management, preferably in early-stage or cross-functional tech teams
- Experience working on AI/ML-based products (e.g. LLMs, RAG, NLP pipelines)
- Enough technical fluency to work productively with AI engineers – you don’t need to write the code, but you should understand what the engineers say
- Strong instincts for customer value and iteration – you know how to test, learn, and adjust fast
- Bonus: exposure to cybersecurity or SaaS

Your Application Process at Greenbone
1. Initial meeting with the Talent Acquisition Team (Duration: 30–45 minutes)
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager and Peer (Duration: approx. 60 minutes)
3. Final interview with Department Lead or C-Level (Duration: approx. 60 minutes)
The process may vary slightly depending on the position. For some technical roles, a case study is included between the second and third interview.
