Work with us on changing the future! Mynaric is seeking an experienced professional in Customs, Logistics, and End-to-End Delivery to manage the complete postproduction journey of our Optical Heads .

Key Responsibilities

• End to End Delivery Fulfillment & Internal Flow Coordination
• Maintain alignment across departments and manage delivery priorities and timelines
• Resolve bottlenecks, escalate resource constraints, and keep deliveries on schedule
• Own delivery KPIs and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
• Oversee ERP (SAP) work‑order closure and document generation
• Manage customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with customs authorities
• Maintain compliance programs and certifications
• Implement duty‑saving schemes and track savings
• Manage international and domestic shipments, negotiate with logistics providers
• Monitor KPIs and lead logistics cost-reduction initiatives
• Map and improve delivery, customs, and logistics processes using Lean/Six‑Sigma methodologies
• Act as the main contact for all delivery, customs, and logistics topics
• Provide reports and build business cases for logistics investments

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in delivery operations, customs brokerage, and global logistics, preferably in high tech or aerospace
• Proven success in improving delivery performance and reducing costs
• Expertise in EU customs, Incoterms 2020, and global trade regimes like EAR and ITAR
• In-house customs certification or broker license preferred
• Strong ERP skills, fluent in MS Excel/BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English and German are required; additional languages are advantageous.
