Job Title: Sales Manager – JA Solar, Munich
Your Mission
- Drive sales of JA Solar PV modules
- Achieve market share and profit targets for JA Solar
- Acquire new customers and maintain stable sales relationships
- Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms
- Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal departments for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities
- Report regularly on sales activities and negotiations
- Analyze market and competitor information
- Participate in industry events, fairs, conferences, and promotional campaigns
- Protect corporate interests and enhance the company\’s industry and public image
- Assist in order execution as needed
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields
- Fluent in German and English
- Over 4 years of experience in PV module sales to distribution channels or working for a PV distributor/wholesaler
- Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused attitude
- Technical background in solar energy is a plus, especially for a technical manager role within the team
- Willing to travel
