What we achieve together

• In the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, you will act as the central point of contact for all key stakeholders in the industrial sector at national and international level for Group-wide issues relating to digital and data-based corporate management.
• You are responsible for the strategic and operational design and target group-oriented alignment of the management-relevant business intelligence environment, taking into account innovative methods and the latest (BI) technologies (focus on redesign and transformation of BI system solutions, reporting & dashboards, data models & KPIs, advanced analytics, self-service).
• You will be responsible for requirements and integration management in the Industrial division; you will also define standards and guidelines and ensure that these are implemented and adhered to.
• In addition, you will drive continuous improvement and promote the spirit of innovation in the area of Business Intelligence at Group level with regard to technology, infrastructure, and tools.
• You will lead, encourage, motivate and develop employees who report to you.

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications : Successfully completed university degree (Master) in the field of economics or business informatics.
• Know-how : You have several years of professional experience in project management in a leading position, preferably in an industrial group or in a consulting environment, and have expertise in stakeholder management and requirements & integration management. You have very good knowledge of setting up and managing business processes and feel comfortable in the area of business intelligence (preferably in the SAP environment: SAP BW, SAC, Datasphere).
• Personality : Thanks to your excellent communication and presentation skills at all business levels, you are confident in an international environment. We require a very good command of English and German. An agile mindset, exceptional commitment, excellent analytical thinking skills, and a goal-oriented and independent way of working round off your profile.
