German Logistics Manager (Customs Clearance & Last Mile) in Frankfurt [80K]

Originally from Germany, studied in the Netherlands, now living in Ireland, I am recruiting for a German Logistic Manager (Customs Clearance & Last Mile) in Frankfurt .

Your new challenge

• Be responsible for Germany’s logistics operation improvement of timeliness and cost-efficiency.
• Be responsible for selecting, developing, and implementing efficient, reliable, and timely customs clearance and last-mile solutions, including supplier development and supplier relationship maintenance.
• Cooperate with the international logistics operation team, responsible for Germany’s last-mile exception resolution and clear-up.
• Seek, plan, and execute all fulfillment & logistics operations, including preparing for peak.
• Develop, communicate SOPs, and manage against internal and external KPIs.
• Develop the local logistics team and provide daily coaching and guidance to the team.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Management
• Germany customs expert: experience & familiarity with Germany’s customs clearance and last-mile operations
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel for work when required
• Ability to work in a high-performance environment
• Fluent in German and English
