That makes you stand out
- You have a degree in Business Administration, (Medical) Informatics, Medical Technology, Biology , or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience in business development and sales of customized software in medical technology.
- In addition, you are highly knowledgeable about industry-specific technologies and regulations (including Medical Device Regulation).
- You enjoy engaging with people and discussing technical challenges and innovation opportunities.
- Your language skills enable you to perform your role in both German and English .

What we offer you
Salary information
Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 80,000 – 120,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.

- You are responsible for the sales of customized software services in the medical technology industry.
- As an experienced networker, you establish contacts with potential new customers and cultivate existing relationships.
- You enthusiastically follow technological trends in medical technology and proactively seek exchange with experts both inside and outside the company.
- You analyze market trends and develop innovative solution concepts in close collaboration with customers and our interdisciplinary teams.
- You consistently expand stakeholder relationships with customers, partners, and associations and regularly participate in events where you actively and confidently represent XITASO.
- You lead contract and price negotiations until the business deal is closed and represent XITASO’s interests to our customers.
