Customer Success Lead | Techprodigy Solutions | Worldwide

As a Customer Success & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational requirements of our business – customer onboarding and training, team staffing (resume shortlisting, initial screening, post-interview onboarding – including for care coordinators), service delivery management, billing, and invoicing.

You will work cross-functionally with customer support and developer teams to meet various customer demands and requests, including device and application support, order and delivery issues, and reporting bugs and feature requests. Most importantly, you will be there for the customer, building their trust and confidence so that they can run successful programs with HealthArc. This is a vital role for us to grow and scale. We seek a qualified and highly motivated individual who wants to actively participate in the start-up and acceleration of this new business unit.

Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard new customers to HealthArc by guiding them through initial configuration and providing training and best practices.
  2. Grow HealthArc accounts by helping customers to increase utilization.
  3. Be the first point-of-contact for customer issues.
  4. Recruit nurses/care coordinators and kick off client onboarding and maintain relationships with Health Providers.
  5. Focus on essential customer activities, including sales forecasting, account renewal, and upsell/growth.
  6. Resolve any issues and questions raised by program administrators.
  7. Enable program administrators to provide effective support to their patients/participants.
  8. Manage device support for program administrators and participants/patients.
  9. Report customer feedback and issues to help development teams to improve the product.
  10. Work with sales admin, customer support, and finance teams to resolve order, technical, and billing issues.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business or related technical field.
  2. 2+ years previous experience in customer success/account management or similar role.
  3. Willingness and ability to learn both the technical and medical aspects of HealthArc offering to develop a strong knowledge and position yourself as an expert.
  4. Desire to work hard and collaborate cross-functionally within a diverse, start-up environment.
  5. 80% overlap with US timezone working hours. Background in healthcare would be a huge plus.
  6. Analytical skills. Technically savvy, but not too technical.
  7. Comfortable speaking in Zoom video meetings.
