Business Analyst/IT Project Manager (f/m/d)

As a Business Analyst / IT Project Manager, you will manage project progress, coordinate with development teams, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance web platform systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements & Functional Analysis: Gathering and documenting requirements in collaboration with product owners; defining functional specifications aligned with business objectives.
• Business Process Modeling & Optimization: Analyzing and modeling current and future automotive sales processes to identify opportunities for improvement and system optimization.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Leading project execution, coordinating with multiple external/internal parties, managing schedules, resources, and contracts, and ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• System Operations & Maintenance: Supporting internal and external client requests for platform systems, managing ongoing operations, applying preventive measures, and maintaining up-to-date system documentation.
• User Support & Training: Planning and delivering user training and education on new systems or business processes to ensure smooth adoption and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\’s degree in information technology or business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, ideally involving IT project coordination or business analysis.
• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken) for effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the automotive industry, including sales processes, market trends, and supply chain workflows.
• Strong grasp of Web application structures, development concepts, and related technologies such as Internet, CDN, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with project management practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), including familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements with attention to detail and traceability.
• Good Understanding of UX principles to contribute to the development of user-friendly and intuitive web interfaces.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions for effective solutions.
• Strong teamwork capabilities with experience working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
• Passion for Technology & Innovation: Strong interest in emerging technologies and ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Cloud & CI/CD Exposure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
