A growing home interior products supplier based in Dusseldorf is looking for a Sales Executive to join their expanding team. Ideal candidates will have sales experience in a related industry and a strong drive to achieve measurable results.

Type: Permanent, full-time (probation period: 6 months)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: €45-60k per annum, depending on experience, plus a maximum of 3 months performance bonus and transportation fee
Start date: ASAP
Location: Dusseldorf, Germany (On-site)
Sales Executive Responsibilities
- Reporting to Sales Manager
- Managing all sales activities in the EMEA region, focusing on maintaining good relationships with existing clients
- Liaising with stakeholders such as retailers, distributors, and online sales platforms
- Handling order processing and ensuring timely fulfillment
- Managing stock levels and monitoring inventory
- Researching market conditions and potential target customers to identify new business opportunities and explore new sales markets
- Building relationships with key individuals in target companies and presenting the product portfolio
- Attending exhibitions in Germany, France, and the UK
Ideal Candidate
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in consumer products, furniture, interior design products, or accessories
- Business-level English and proficiency in additional European languages
- Proficiency in German and French is advantageous
- Understanding of Japanese culture and/or language is a plus
- Possession of a full, clean driving license is desirable
- Ability to take initiative and proactively drive sales
- Strong logical thinking skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- High motivation to achieve sales targets
