IT-Support (m/f/d)

You´re enthusiastic, tech savvy and have great communication skills. You feel you could maintain smooth operations at our new Campus in Saerbeck, Germany by being the first person of contact for IT issues. You´re a great coordinator and can quickly prioritize and resolve IT support tickets. You´re an IT psychic who can anticipate potential system disruptions and take actions to solve them before they impact users. Finally, you have a fresh mindset and a desire to develop alongside the currently growing IT team. If this sounds like you, apply now!

Responsibilities:

1. Register and classify tickets
2. Implement / work with configuration management database
3. Aid and maintenance of computer systems including checking for antivirus, risky logins, and machine’s compliance status in order to resolve all related issues
4. Install, deploy, hand-out and fix equipment for staff
5. Ideally build up a client management system

Your Profile:

1. First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow\’s world and Enapter\’s role in it
2. Strong communication skills and customer orientation
3. Experience with Microsoft PowerShell
4. Basic knowledge of automation
5. Experience with Windows clients and server
6. Experience with Mac OS
7. Experience with Microsoft 365
8. Collaborative approach to sharing ideas, asking questions and finding solutions
9. Knowledge of ITIL
