(Senior) Business Analyst (d/f/m)

We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst (Intermediate/Senior) (d/f/m) to join our mobile.de Analytics team in Berlin.

This role will be offered on a permanent basis.

Join our Leasing Business team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leasing at Mobile.de. Reporting to the Team Lead Analytics, you’ll work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing to enhance the appeal of our supply, optimize the leasing customer journey, and foster data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll analyze performance metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives. Your expertise will help align business goals with customer needs, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the leasing market.

What you\’ll do:

• Collaborate as a business partner within a cross-functional team, delivering insights that challenge and enhance our understanding of the leasing business.

• Shape product and business roadmaps by conducting A/B test analyses, exploratory research, and predictive modeling to better understand user behavior.

• Define and implement metric frameworks, and design self-service dashboards to track progress and measure the impact of team initiatives.

• Drive the entire data value chain, from defining tracking concepts to advanced analytics that inform key decisions.

Who you are:

• You bring at least 3 years of experience in an analytical role, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• Proficient in big data tools and visualization platforms such as SQL, Python, Looker, or Tableau.

• Strong understanding of statistics and data interpretation, with an eye for detail and precision.

• Familiar with Google Analytics and front-end tracking methodologies.

• Excellent communicator in English, capable of presenting complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
