Role Title: Lead Consultant (WMS Functional)

Required Core Skills:

• Strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 modules such as Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory.
• Oracle Certification is mandatory; distribution industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle technology stack, cloud web services, ALM tools (e.g., Panaya, JIRA), and performance testing tools is desired.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions like picking, put-away, task management, cross-docking, barcode label printing, and experience with hand-held devices/scanners and 3PL.
• Experience in gathering performance requirements, designing solutions for high transaction volumes, and performance testing.

Detailed Job Description:

• 12+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 modules.
• Hands-on implementation experience with WMS functions such as picking, put-away, task management, cross-docking, barcode printing, and 3PL integrations.
• Experience designing and delivering complex custom solutions in integrated landscapes, including integrating third-party WMS, transportation management, trade compliance, excise applications, weights & dimensions, and EDI with Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of transportation management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules is advantageous.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes like order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, master data management, and intercompany processes.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and familiarity with supply chain and WMS database tables.
• Experience as a solution architect in Oracle ERP transformations, with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS capabilities.
