(Senior) Engineer (m/f/d) Product Transfer

As a (Senior) Engineer, Product Transfer (m/f/d) , you will oversee the seamless and timely transfer of products across multiple sites, emphasizing effective communication and coordination between Stryker’s sites. This role focuses on engineering activities required to move production lines and ensure smooth operational transitions.

What you will do:

1. Support suppliers and internal teams in executing equipment qualification, process validation, and developing documentation such as PFMEAs, Control Plans, MSAs, and SOPs.

2. Act as project manager by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and partners.

3. Create and maintain detailed project timelines, collaborating with team members to plan, track, and execute work items and dependencies.

4. Collaborate with R&D, Sourcing, Quality, and Operations to ensure smooth project implementation and knowledge transfer.

5. Set priorities and drive urgency across teams using project management tools and methodologies.

6. Ensure all work complies with Stryker’s Quality Management System and external regulatory standards.

7. Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and transparent communication within teams.

What you will need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on understanding of process qualification, process control, and risk management.

• Talented graduates with relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.

• Problem-solving skills for manufacturing and technical issues.

• Excellent English and German language skills for seamless collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Over 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices or a highly regulated industry.
