TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Lead the SAP Finance Team to ensure smooth processes and maximum efficiency.
• Develop and implement SAP finance strategies in line with corporate goals.
• Manage SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) and ensure seamless integration into our corporate structure.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements (e.g., HGB, IFRS) in Germany and the EU.
• Oversee SAP finance projects, including rollouts and upgrades, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and implement new technologies like S/4HANA to optimize financial workflows.
• Motivate, lead, and develop your team to foster a collaborative and forward-thinking work culture.

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the SAP Finance environment, particularly with SAP FI/CO and ideally S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and strong digital process expertise.
• Proven experience in team leadership and change management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and a results-oriented work style.
