Corporate Finance Advisor - M&A

Our client, a leading banking group, is seeking a Corporate Finance Advisor with strong, hands-on M&A and financial modeling experience to join their Zurich-based team. This is a key role within the firm’s advisory practice, focused on delivering strategic transaction support to corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiations. Maintain detailed financial models to support deal analysis. Prepare client presentations and investment memos for senior management and stakeholders. Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company research to support strategic insights and deal rationale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management. Manage relationships with institutional clients, ensuring top-tier advisory services. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and financial best practices. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, with experience in M&A, financial modeling, investment banking, and corporate finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to interact effectively at all business levels.
