Position Overview

As the Head of Application Performance Management, you will be responsible for the success of our project and service offerings in this domain. You will develop and position the portfolio in collaboration with our sales team, foster customer and partner relationships, and strategize market positioning to attract new clients and maximize revenue. Your role involves market analysis, trend identification, portfolio development, and strategic partner management, all aligned with Telekom MMS\’s overarching strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business success of our Application Performance Management services.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to enhance market presence and revenue.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Identify market trends and innovate service offerings accordingly.
• Lead strategic partner management and oversee business plan execution.
• Coordinate and enhance the performance of your team of experts.

• Experience in software quality assurance and understanding of relevant solutions and tools.

Additional Information

Location options include Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Hamburg, Jena, Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Stuttgart), Leipzig, München, or Rostock. Full-time, with a medium travel requirement. Fluency in German and very good English skills are required.
