Our global sales organization ensures the highest level of consulting, delivery, and operational excellence through strategic roadmaps, global standard methodologies, and data-driven quarterly business reviews (QBR) with clients.

POSITION

We are seeking a talented and competitive Senior Enterprise Account Executive (all genders) who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. The role involves achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, focusing on new logo acquisition. The position is based in Germany.

CHALLENGE

  • Target, approach, and acquire new high-value customers by understanding their strategic requirements.
  • Develop deep knowledge of travel solutions and use a consultative sales approach.
  • Ensure best practice in sales activities through active engagement and collaboration.
  • Stay informed on market competitor activity and customer intelligence.
  • Manage the company CRM accurately for reporting and analytics.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, supported by operational teams and experts.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of HRS solutions and act as an internal entrepreneur.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience in consultative sales or business development within SaaS, Professional Services, or Start-up environments.
  • High performance in dynamic environments.
  • Self-motivation, proactiveness, and assertiveness.
  • Ability to build and maintain a senior stakeholder network.
  • Data analysis skills and strategic initiative development.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
  • Market trend awareness and customer insight.

  • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written.
