Your mission is to provide outstanding technical support for our customers and partners, ensuring smooth operations and excellent product experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, diagnose problems, and propose effective solutions. 1 year+ relevant work experience, or a graduate with Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field ~ Fluent in English and German.
