TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Develop a clear product vision for our collaboration landscape (including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Slack) and align the tool ecosystem with strategic company goals such as efficiency, transparency, and digital collaboration
- Identify technological trends and derive forward-looking solutions for a modern, cross-location collaboration
- Collect, evaluate, and prioritize requirements from various departments – closely collaborating with IT to translate them into actionable solutions
- Maintain the product backlog including user stories and acceptance criteria and support the implementation process within agile teams – including participation in relevant Scrum events
- Facilitate requirement and alignment workshops, communicate roadmaps and status reports, and ensure feature quality
- Support the rollout of new tools or features and develop and implement targeted training and communication measures to drive user adoption
- Ensure that all collaboration tools are used securely, in compliance with data protection laws and regulations, and introduce clear usage guidelines and standards
YOUR SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role focused on collaboration tools – particularly with Jira and Confluence
- Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including effective configuration and the ability to enhance them through relevant plugins
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban – even in dynamic and complex working environments
- A structured and solution-oriented approach combined with a strong commitment to high-quality work
- Confident communicator in both German and English – in writing and speaking
