YOUR IMPACT

  • Acts as subject matter expert between all internal and external stakeholders
  • Leads projects and process optimizations in the light of credit scoring and fraud prevention
  • Actively drives the international fraud management strategy across all countries in E-Com
  • Collaborates to review opportunities for Process Alignment/Fraud Prevention strategy in Omnichannel and DOUGLAS Stores
  • Continuously reviews and optimizes the credit and fraud rules with a strongly data-driven approach based on KPI performance
  • Creates and regularly reviews the fraud management roadmap in collaboration with the team
  • Prepares presentations and decision templates for the lower, middle and upper management

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, natural sciences, computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in fraud prevention and/or credit risk assessment within an e-commerce company, payment service provider, financial institution or a comparable environment, with solid knowledge of relevant credit control and fraud prevention tools
  • Highly self-reliant and proactive working style
  • Ability to maintain oversight in complex and multi-layered process environments
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, particularly in preparing presentations suitable for senior management
  • Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German
