Your Role

• Are you a problem solver? Do you know how to treat clients? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
• Identify and tailor strategic advice for clients through in-depth analysis
• Execute efficiently M&A & ECM transactions both within Germany and internationally
• Manage and support the development of junior investment bankers
• Identify problems and recommend logical and realistic solutions
• Work closely with colleagues across the bank in different countries and industries, focusing on M&A, ECM, Leveraged Finance, and DCM

Your Team

You’ll be working in the German Country Coverage team in Frankfurt, focusing on M&A transactions. We are a growing and successful team with a strong track record in mid- and large-cap transactions.

Your Expertise

• A strong university degree
• Experience (2-4 years) in investment banking (M&A, ECM), strategic consultancy, private equity, or similar financial services
• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation materials quickly and communicate effectively
• Proven project management and execution skills
• Experience working in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A resilient team player, even in challenging circumstances
