Locations & Details

• Locations: Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Hamburg, Jena, Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Stuttgart), Leipzig, München, Rostock
• Full-time, 38 hours/week
• Travel: Moderate
• Languages: Native-level German and excellent English

Key Responsibilities

• Own the business success of our Project and Service offerings in Application Performance Management.
• Position the portfolio strategically in collaboration with sales, develop go-to-market strategies, and foster strong client and partner relationships.
• Develop a compelling market positioning to highlight our strengths and establish us as a preferred provider in load testing, performance monitoring, and inventory solutions.
• Manage existing clients actively, identify growth opportunities, and expand our customer base.
• Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, innovations, and customer needs, continuously evolving the portfolio.
• Oversee strategic partner management and execute aligned business plans.
• Lead the professional performance and strategic development of your team of experts.
• Contribute to overarching strategies for the portfolio’s success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Leadership skills and confident interaction with management-level clients and partners.
• Experience in software quality assurance.
• Understanding of solutions within your portfolio, ideally with relevant tools.
• Empathy, passion for development, conflict resolution, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Ownership mentality, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills and active networking abilities.
• Values like trust, respect, and mutual appreciation are important to you.
