Make your mark for patients We are seeking a FP&A Partner Germany (m/f/d) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical to join our Finance team at our Monheim office in Germany. About the Role You will work in a team providing financial support and guidance, evaluating financial data, and leading the budget and planning process. The role involves regular interaction with business partners to review financial performance and ensure objectives are met. Who You’ll Work With You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Insights-to-Impact (I2I), business leadership, the Record to Report (R2R) team, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis. What You’ll Do Provide financial support and strategic guidance to business partners. Lead the budget and planning process for Germany. Conduct monthly financial reviews and variance analysis. Develop and interpret analytics across business functions. Ensure compliance with financial governance and standards. Perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare reports. Support month-end close with variance analysis. Review monthly expenditures for proper coding and alignment with budgets. Qualifications and Skills Several years of experience in a similar role within a matrix organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Reliable, solution-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability. Ability to manage stress and work under deadlines. Experience with Excel, SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI.
