Value Stream Costs Manager (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position \“Value Stream Costs Manager\“ (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

1. SA VSM focal point for management of Airbus Atlantic (AA)
2. Selection, validation, and arbitration of relevant and priority topics
3. Ensuring a stable link with AA and the right level of exchange, transparency, and visibility in terms of cost performance
4. Linking with other stakeholders and functions impacted by AA like Engineering, DDMS (Digital Design and Manufacturing Systems), SA Program
5. Driving quarterly reviews, including preparation, stakeholder engagement, pre-decisions, and dry-runs
6. Management of Purchase Orders (setup, decision-making, arbitration, launch) based on governance
7. Collaboration with other teams on topics impacting Airbus costs
8. Updating light contracts and Recurring Prices as needed and based on governance
9. Ensuring lean and efficient management of relations with AA with continuous improvements
10. Providing ongoing support to projects (Recurring Costs reduction, Industrial Performance, Rate-Flow, Process Methods and Tools)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain, or a comparable qualification
• Over 4 years of professional experience in procurement
• Over 3 years of experience in finance
• Over 2 years of experience in supplier management and contract management
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Process Management
• Very good knowledge of SAP
• Fluent in English and French
• German and Spanish are advantageous
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times a year (especially to Toulouse, St Nazaire, and Broughton/Filton)
