Business Development Executive – DACH (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As Business Development Executive (f/m/d)* , you will play a key role in scaling our business, building a predictable and scalable revenue engine, and actively sourcing new enterprise prospects to drive revenue growth.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Collaborate with the revenue growth team and enterprise account executives to build the revenue engine.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate new market opportunities and develop outreach plans to acquire new customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline by generating outbound leads and developing new sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing insights into Parloa\’s conversational AI platform.
• Assess client challenges, align solutions with their needs, and demonstrate the value and ROI of Parloa\’s platform.

OUR BDE TECH-STACK:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, consultancy, or a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; you enjoy engaging with people.
• Coachable, passionate, curious, competitive (yet humble).
• Basic knowledge of SaaS and B2B lead generation.
• Fluent in German (native level) and English.
• This role requires a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
