Do you thrive on crafting innovative paid search strategies? Are you analytical, hands-on, and keen to drive measurable growth across digital channels? Then we\’re seeking you as a(Senior) Growth Marketing Manager to elevate our digital marketing efforts.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, monitor and optimise ROI-focused SEA campaigns working directly and with agency partners to hit KPIs such as CPL, ROAS and conversion volume.
- Manage the relationship and performance of a LinkedIn Ads agency, ensuring campaign alignment with broader ABM and demand-generation strategies.
- Design, build and refine automated lead-nurturing sequences in Apollo and maintain seamless data flow with Salesforce for lead scoring, segmentation and attribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Creative teams to align messaging, landing-page experiences and go-to-market execution across channels.
Your Qualifications
- Deep SEA expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEA campaign management in B2B or B2C SaaS environments
- T-shaped marketing skillset: Broad proficiency across digital channels (email, social, content, analytics) with specialized depth in SEA strategies and execution
- Analytical mindset: Strong numerical aptitude, comfortable working with large data sets and translating insights into actionable optimizations
- Communication & organization: Excellent written and verbal skills in English & German, with an independent, structured approach to project management
- Ownership: Demonstrating accountability by addressing challenges proactively and delivering on commitments.
