As Mace continues to pursue growth in the data centre sector, we are looking to expand our team with senior appointments to support the business in driving growth and delivering existing and upcoming data centre schemes in Berlin and Frankfurt, Germany. We seek an inspirational leader to support, lead, and grow our teams during this exciting period.

You will need to have:

• A growth mindset and ability to cross-sell services.
• Experience in delivering complex industrial, manufacturing, and data centre environments.
• Management of multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Professional membership (e.g., MRICS/RICS or equivalent) with progress toward fellowship or demonstrable professional development.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership experience managing large, diverse teams.
• Experience growing relevant sectors within a consultancy environment.
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations influence project outlooks.

You will also have:

• A university degree or equivalent.
