We are looking for a seasoned QA professional passionate about test automation and product quality to join Invia as a Staff Software Engineer QA (m/f/d). You will define quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, drive testing strategies, implement automation solutions, and mentor less experienced QA and development colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services
• Collaborate with teams to integrate quality at every development stage
• Mentor QA engineers and developers on testing strategies and standards
• Establish metrics and reporting to monitor and improve product quality
• Work effectively as a team player with good communication skills
• Work independently in an agile environment

Your profile:

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools, especially Playwright or Cypress
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Passion for quality with keen attention to detail
