As a Test ENV Chapter Lead, I play a crucial role in ensuring stable and efficient test environments that enable high-quality software delivery. My focus is facilitating issue resolution, optimizing environment usage, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to support testing and deployment.

  1. Define and implement strategies for test ENV setup, maintenance, and optimization.
  2. Provide transparency on existing test environment structures.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for environment-related needs, working closely with development teams and other stakeholders.
  4. Orchestrate and facilitate issue resolution to minimize disruptions in test execution.
  5. Standardize and automate environment setup and management.
  6. Work with relevant teams to turn solutions into repeatable actions and automation for increased efficiency.
  7. Implement and improve monitoring solutions to gain a holistic view of system health.
  8. Establish and enforce standards for ENV management, ensuring compliance with security and operational guidelines.
  9. Provide regular reporting on environment performance, utilization, and availability.

  1. Proven experience in test environments, site reliability engineering (SRE), or operations (minimum 2 years).
  2. Several years of expertise in test and release management processes.
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex system architectures.
  4. A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
  5. Experience with logging and monitoring tools (ELK Stack or Elastic Cloud is advantageous).
  6. Knowledge of API-based architectures and Agile software development practices.
  7. Ability to make high-impact decisions in time-sensitive situations. Fluent English communication skills.
