Du unterstützt die Pflegedienstleitung bei operativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im WG-Alltag.
Dabei wirkst du bei der Umsetzung einer modernen Pflegeorganisation mit den Schwerpunkten aktivierende Pflege und Bezugspflege mit.
Mit Bewohner*innen, Angehörigen und Betreuer*innen kommunizierstdu und kooperierst aktiv – du stehst ihnen beratend zur Seite.
Du förderst die Kommunikation und Kooperation im Team sowie mit Vorgesetzten.
In herausfordernden Situationenberätst und unterstützt du das Pflegepersonalund hilfst bei der Einarbeitung und Anleitung neuer Kolleg*innen.

Du hast eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft.
Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen in der ambulanten Intensivpflege mit.
Du bist eine echte Teamplayerin bzw. ein echter Teamplayer: Empathie und ein wertschätzender, menschlicher Umgang sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Darüber hinaus verfügst du über pädagogische Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu führen.
