SAP ILM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP ILM freelance consultant to support the secure archiving and documentation of data from the SAP R/3 system in preparation for its decommissioning. The goal is to ensure all relevant data and documents are retained in full compliance with legal and business retention requirements.

The archived content must be:

* Accessible
* Searchable
* Understandable
* Tamper-proof

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute the archiving of SAP R/3 data and documents
* Ensure data retention aligns with legal and business policies
* Work with SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) for long-term storage

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Basis data management
Proven hands-on experience with SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management)
Strong background in SAP R/3 project environments
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Project Details:

Duration: 6 months
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Switzerland during key project phases
