The firm is actively seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join their esteemed Investment fund team in Luxembourg. Presently, the law firm in Luxembourg leads a multinational team of around 80 employees working in contemporary offices. The offices are conveniently located, allowing easy access for cross-border professionals and Luxembourgish residents. The firm believes that achieving balance is attainable in this environment, ensuring you do not spend every evening at the office.

With its international presence and offices worldwide, the firm has developed high-level expertise recognized by many other firms. As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to specialize deeply in your field while providing valuable support to colleagues in knowledge management.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage legal monitoring and communicate your findings to other lawyers and relevant divisions to ensure their knowledge is current.
• Participate in organizing and delivering internal trainings and seminars to facilitate efficient and prompt information sharing.
• Prepare notes, draft relevant briefings and policies, and review existing procedures.

Profile and Career Path

• Several years of experience as a lawyer in a Luxembourg law firm, ideally within an Investment fund department.
• Experience with AIF, UCITS, or both, with motivation to work on both areas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for legal monitoring and information sharing.
• Passion for law and a desire to add value to colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally French, with outstanding drafting abilities.
