IT Business System Analyst EDI / API

Job Offer Bremen, Full time, mobile working

To expand our team, we are looking for you for our Bremen location and/or in the form of mobile work at the earliest possible date on a full-time or part-time basis.

In this position, you are the central interface between our customers, partners and the development team and you ensure that IT processes are implemented and optimized smoothly. We offer you a dynamic environment in which you can work independently and develop yourself further.

• Requirements management : Together with our customers and partners, you record requirements, identify weak points and create interface mappings and process visualizations.
• System analysis and design : You analyze existing interfaces and develop solutions to optimize processes, increase efficiency and improve functionality.
• Problem solving : You investigate and resolve interface problems in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Implementation : You set up interfaces and accompany the test process until final acceptance by the customer or partner.
• Documentation and communication : You create and update system requirements, design specifications and test cases. You also ensure clear communication between all parties involved.

Your profile

• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers, partners and the team
• Know-how in process analysis and documentation
• Technical understanding, e.g. for interface files and transmission paths
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Occasional willingness to travel
