Key Responsibilities:Drive improvements in health, safety, fire, and environmental practices across the siteImplement new safety procedures, tools, and training programsEnsure compliance with legal and internal HSE standardsInvestigate incidents and conduct risk assessmentsCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholdersContribute to the development of an integrated HSE management systemRequirements:Degree in a scientific or technical discipline with a focus on ergonomicsCertified HSE qualifications per local regulationsExperience in HSE within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of relevant health and safety legislationDesirable: Qualification in occupational safety, fire protection, or health protection
