We are looking for a REFA Time Recorder (m/f/d) for our Production Engineering department with immediate effect.

The area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Carrying out work flow and time studies according to the guidelines of REFA methodology
• Determination of planned times and systematic creation and maintenance of planned time tables
• Creation and maintenance of standard work schedules in the ERP system
• Active participation in the development and introduction of an AI system for determining standard times
• Development and introduction of digital assembly instructions in collaboration with external partners
• Checking existing work plans for potential improvements
• Pre- and post-calculations, profitability analyses.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed vocational training, preferably technician
• REFA training and sound practical experience in the field of time analysis (according to REFA) in various production areas (preferably machining, welding and assembly)
• Strong understanding of processes, cost awareness and willingness to optimize
• Ability to think and act in a goal-oriented and structured manner
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Flexible, independent and systematic way of working
• Persuasiveness, initiative and strong implementation skills
