AXA’s One Workplace Strategic Program is aiming at standardizing Workplace IT-services across all entities of the Group. For achieving this, a solid catalogue of modern workplace solutions has been developed covering different sub-domains: devices, virtual desktop, collaboration and meeting experience. By end of 2026 these solutions should be adopted by 110K users distributed across 45+ operating companies. Apart from drastically improving user experience, the target workplace solutions were designed based on public cloud services, enabling AXA to rationalize their IT-investments in on-premises datacenters.
Service :
As member of the One Workplace team , you steer and moderate the relationship between Workplace Global Product organization and several assigned European AXA subsidiaries (entities). You supervise product adoption and project delivery.
Your main tasks:
- Capture business & user requirements and consolidate input for Workplace Product evolution
- Develop entity onboarding planning for all Workplace Global Products leveraging Skyline Adoption dashboard
- Understand entity product consumption (legacy and target) and opportunities for growth
- Keep track of achieved benefits for the entity in term of efficiency, security and user experience
- Epic-management: coordinate delivery dependencies between multiple product-families, product-lines and global programs
- Primary escalation level in case of dissatisfaction and conflict mitigation between all stakeholders
- Leverage the Workplace partnership dialog format for G9+Partners entities
- Active contribution to the agenda and organization of entity-focused communication events: Workplace Product Lines Community Service Review, One Workplace Newsletter, Workplace Products Community Roadshow, …
Deliverables :
Ensure success of your pool of entities:
In collaboration with each product line and entities’ project manager
- Enforce Workplace deployment method and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Support both product and entity into achieving in time, in quality and in budget the migration projects, provide accurate risk and issues view to the whole organization
Actively contribute to roadmap build:
In collaboration with each product line and the local IT market
- Engage with CIO/CTO and workplace teams in the entities to agree entity onboarding and roadmaps for deployments
Prepare and steer steering committees with each if the entities
In collaboration with each product line and the local IT market
- Ensure the operational governance is in place and run smoothly
- Set-up and run required monthly governance to open dialog between the entity and the global workplace organization to define priorities and manage issues in a partnership spirit.
Mandatory Technical & Functional expertise
- Senior Project management with Minimum 3 years in IT operations or IT consulting focusing on Workplace
- Excellent inter-personal skills and Team-player
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Rigorous and organized
- Ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders across an international footprint
- Ability to interact with technical experts and with process owners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Technical & Functional expertise
- Experience with workplace infrastructure solutions
- Able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
