Head of Software and Hardware Development – Team Leader. The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton and comes with some home office allowance. Great opportunity to join a fast-developing company.
We are looking for a Head of Software and Hardware Development / Manager. Someone with great people management skills, able to coach and inspire team leaders. You are able to think at a strategic level and are looking for a long-term career.
- As the head of SW and HW development manager, you have previous experience in the management of large engineering teams.
- You possess sound experience in developing end-to-end solutions, including embedded systems, Networks/IoT, Hardware, and full-stack software.
- Innate talent to coach and develop your team leaders.
- Expertise in the Medtech industry.
- Completed University Degree in the field of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- Enthusiastic to cooperate within Interdisciplinary Project Teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written). Any additional language skills in German or French are considered very advantageous.
- Willingness to travel between 20-30% to Spain.
