Logistics Management Traineeship ASPIRE

Location: Gütersloh, Harsewinkel, Langenhagen or Dortmund
Duration: 18 months
Starting moment: 6th October, 2025

As a Logistics Management Trainee (m/f/x), you will be part of our 18-month ASPIRE Trainee Program and gain in-depth insights into our dynamic logistics projects and processes. Together we will shape the logistics world of tomorrow and realize global supply chain solutions in an international team. From 6th October 2025, you will be immersed in the diverse tasks of our warehouses during various assignments at our locations in e.g. Gütersloh, Harsewinkel, Langenhagen or Dortmund. We will prepare you for your manager position in the Warehouse division or in project management. Are you on it?

Your ASPIRE Trainee Program at a glance
• Warehouse logistics from the ground up! You will work in all areas of our warehouses (incoming goods, order picking, returns and outgoing goods) at several locations in Germany and (on request) abroad
• You will familiarize yourself with the various business units TECH, Healthcare and Consumer Products, including their special features, focal points and challenges in different logistics environments• One of your assignments will take you to the Logistics Engineering department, where you will gain in-depth insights into logistics and warehouse planning
• Gain your first management experience: You will acquire comprehensive knowledge of our operational logistics processes and will have the opportunity to take on your first management responsibilities
• Diverse personnel development programs: We support your time as a trainee with e.g our Logistics Leadership Program, communication training and much more

Your Profile
• Successfully completed (or recently completed) studies in logistics, supply chain management or a comparable degree program
• Initial practical experience in warehouse logistics, e.g. in the form of internships, working student activities or an apprenticeship • Ambition, analytical and conceptual thinking and a passion for logistics
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
