Interim Finance Manager (PE-backed experience required)

Location: Frankfurt or Munich

Currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Finance Manager for a private equity-backed company. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the company’s growth and transformation during a critical period.

Duration: Interim, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Provide strategic financial insights and support to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial standards
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other third-party stakeholders
• Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline operations
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management

Key Requirements:

• PE-backed experience is a must
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong background in financial reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting
• Hands-on experience in working with senior management to drive financial strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proven ability to lead and manage financial teams effectively
