Your tasks:

1. Mentor new team members into the project
2. Train regular and junior developers
3. Champion of coding best practices
4. Research and evaluate new technology and processes
5. Write maintainable, testable and well-structured code
6. Participate in code review processes
7. Optimize code for high performance
8. Create and update workflows and build pipelines with a focus on highly customizable products

Main requirements:

1. 6+ years professional experience in software development and 4+ years Unity experience.
2. Experience with the entire development life-cycle from gathering requirements to release.
3. Experience with profiling tools for Unity Applications.
4. Knowledge of build tools and continuous integration processes.
5. Agile Project Management and Scrum are no foreign words for you.
6. Independent and highly motivated working style that takes pleasure from creative work.
7. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
8. Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
