Passionate about a career in business controlling and about developing your financial and commercial mindset, willing to understand the business of a well-known brandResults-driven, proactive and willing to work with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced, diverse and challenging environmentA real team player who enjoys sharing and communicatingThen, you must be the right candidate to join our Swiss controlling team as Business Controller for prestigious Jewellery and Watchmaking Maisons (such as Van Cleef and Arpels)!You will be successful in the role by :Acting as the local Finance business partner to comment on, challenge and explain financial performance and providing them support in order to facilitate appropriate decision makingLeading the budget process in collaboration with local commercial teams and Headquarter and following-up on deviations vs planParticipating to the monthly closings and be the finance referentManaging one team member of the controlling teamYour future team members :You will work closely with controlling, accounting and Maisons operational teamsThe controlling team is young, dynamic, dedicated, always open to new ideasYou will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions, in the Swiss market and at the regional levelYou hold a Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field (management, marketing, economics)You have three to five years of work experience in finance (audit or controlling)You are dedicated, flexible and autonomousYou have a high mental agility, strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of finance & accountingYou are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of FrenchSAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint have no secret for you #J-18808-Ljbffr
