This high-impact role involves coordinating across business functions and external partners to deliver the project on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.RequirementsLeading a complex, multi-site eDMS rollout with full accountability for timeline, budget, scope, and deliverablesCoordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, including implementation partners and system providersManaging all project phases: business process finalization, configuration, migration, integration, validation, and launchDriving change management initiatives and end-user trainingMonitoring project risks, reporting progress, and maintaining detailed documentationApplying best practices in project management and ensuring compliance with GMP and validation requirementsLeading project meetings, workshops, and SteerCo sessions with structured follow-upCompetences5-7+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects in regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of eDMS/eQMS systems, ideally with direct Veeva experienceProven experience delivering results across large-scale, multi-site projectsCertification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2)Comfortable working in GMP-regulated environments and coordinating with global teamsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and standard PMO toolsFluent in English; German is an assetCompensation benefitsAn exciting opportunity to lead a strategic global implementation in a fast-paced and highly collaborative setting.
